Structured space to begin processing. Steady rhythm. Clear container.
Phase I establishes the conditions required for emotional processing to begin.
This phase is not about insight, reframing, or change. It is about processing. Through a steady daily rhythm and a clear container, Phase I allows the nervous system to slow, settle, and become receptive. Emotional material that has remained unfinished is given structure, pacing, and safety to surface without overwhelm.
Processing begins when the system feels held. This phase creates that foundation.
